Pre-registration for Claro
Twilio's published route policy requires alphanumeric sender pre-registration only for Claro El Salvador. Unregistered delivery to Claro is best-effort; sender rewriting can occur.
Published lead time: 1 week
Twilio lists one week of provisioning. This is an indicative supplier estimate, not a Flow2FA SLA or a deadline measured from submitting this form. We confirm timing for your route and complete application.
Throughput: confirm per route
The country guidelines do not publish a Claro alphanumeric messages-per-second limit. Tell us your peak requirement; we confirm capacity, queue behaviour and any throttling in writing. Generic short-code limits do not establish Claro sender ID capacity.

Registration workflow

From sender review to activation

  1. 01

Prepare your sender and OTP use case

Provide your legal company name, company website, proposed brand sender, a sample message with a placeholder code, expected monthly volume and peak messages per second. These are Flow2FA enquiry details, not an exhaustive carrier document checklist.

  2. 02

Confirm the route and registration requirements

Flow2FA reviews the Claro El Salvador route, sender availability, required documentation, applicable charges and expected timing. Any supporting documents are requested separately through an agreed secure channel; do not upload identity documents here.

  3. 03

    Submit for pre-registration

For a Twilio-managed route, the published country guidelines link to the Alphanumeric Sender ID application in Twilio Console. The account or route owner submits the application and supplies the details requested there. Flow2FA confirms who handles submission for your configured route.

  4. 04

Wait for approval, then verify the route

Do not treat an enquiry receipt as an approved sender. After approval and activation, confirm the sender displayed on Claro destinations, delivery reporting and the agreed throughput before launching production traffic. Registration does not guarantee delivery.

Flow2FA enquiry

Request sender pre-registration

Share your brand and traffic requirements. Our team will review the route, explain the documentation needed and confirm commercial terms before registration proceeds.

Submitting this form records an enquiry only. It does not register a sender, reserve throughput or confirm carrier approval.

Propose up to 11 letters, numbers or spaces, including at least one letter. Final format and availability are confirmed during provisioning.

Use a placeholder, never a real OTP or recipient's details.

Do not send identity documents, OTPs, passwords, API keys or SMPP credentials. We use these details to review and reply to your enquiry; see our Privacy Policy. Any required registration documents will be requested separately through an agreed secure channel.
